Products, materials, specifications, availability, pricing, and services may change from time to time.

2- Eligibility

By using the Website or placing an order, you represent that:

5- Custom Products

All Pelipus LLC products are produced according to customer specifications.

You are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of your:

• Product type
• Dimensions
• Quantity
• Materials
• Colors
• Printing requirements
• Finishes
• Artwork
• Logos
• Text
• Barcodes
• Product information
• Shipping information
• Other customized specifications

Once production has started, changes to an order may not be possible or may result in additional charges.

Pelipus is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information, artwork, measurements, specifications, or other materials supplied or approved by the customer.

6- Quotations

Quotes provided by Pelipus may include pricing for products, customization, design services, shipping, tooling, setup, or other applicable services.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations are valid only for the period specified in the quotation.

Because packaging costs can be affected by material costs, quantities, specifications, shipping costs, and other factors, Pelipus reserves the right to revise a quotation before an order is formally confirmed.

A quotation does not constitute acceptance of an order.

An order becomes binding only after Pelipus has confirmed the order and any required payment or deposit has been received.

7- Pricing

Pelipus is a quote-only business. The Website does not display fixed prices; prices are provided in written quotations and may change before an order is confirmed.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the quotation, quoted prices may not include:

• Sales tax
• Shipping or freight charges
• Customs duties
• Import fees
• Special handling charges
• Additional design or tooling charges

Any applicable charges will be communicated to the customer where reasonably possible.

For U.S. customers, applicable sales or other taxes may be collected where required by law.

8- Orders and Order Acceptance

Pelipus reserves the right to accept or decline an order.

We may refuse or cancel an order when, for example:

• Product availability changes
• Pricing or product information contains an error
• Customer information cannot be verified
• Payment cannot be processed
• The requested product cannot reasonably be manufactured
• The submitted artwork or content violates applicable law or third-party rights
• The requested use is unlawful
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity

If Pelipus cancels an order after receiving payment, we will provide any applicable refund in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

9- Payment

Payment requirements will be communicated during the quotation or ordering process.

Depending on the order, Pelipus may require:

• Full payment before production
• A deposit before production
• Payment upon order confirmation
• Payment according to an approved business account arrangement

Production may not begin until required payment, artwork approval, and other required information have been received.

If payment is not received within the agreed period, Pelipus may delay, suspend, or cancel the order.

10- Artwork and Proof Approval

For customized products, Pelipus may provide digital proofs, artwork previews, dielines, or other approval materials before production.

Where a proof is provided, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing it before approving production.

Customers should verify:

• Spelling
• Logos
• Colors
• Dimensions
• Artwork placement
• Text
• Barcodes
• Images
• Product information
• Quantity
• Other design specifications

Once the customer approves a proof, Pelipus may proceed with production based on that approval.

Pelipus is generally not responsible for errors that were visible in an approved proof and were not reported before production.

11- Color and Printing Variations

Printing and manufacturing processes may result in reasonable variations between digital artwork, screen displays, samples, and final products.

Factors such as:

• Monitor settings
• Lighting
• Printing processes
• Ink
• Substrate/material
• Finishing processes
• Production batches

may affect the final appearance of colors.

Exact color matching should not be assumed unless a specific color-matching service or standard has been expressly agreed upon in writing.

12- Samples and Prototypes

Where available, Pelipus may offer samples or prototypes before full production.

Samples may be subject to additional fees.

A sample may not always be identical to mass production due to differences in:

• Production method
• Printing method
• Material
• Finishing
• Manufacturing equipment
• Production batch

Customers should use samples primarily to evaluate the general structure, appearance, and suitability of the packaging.

13- Production and Lead Times

Production timelines vary depending on the product, quantity, materials, customization, artwork approval, manufacturing requirements, and shipping method.

Any production or delivery date provided by Pelipus is an estimate unless expressly confirmed as a guaranteed date in writing.

Production time generally begins after all required information, artwork approvals, payments, and specifications have been received.

Our standard estimated production time is 8–12 business days after artwork approval. Estimated shipping time is 6–8 days for express shipping and 16–19 days for standard shipping. These timings are estimates, not guarantees, and the quotation or order confirmation will state the timing that applies to your order.

Delays may occur because of circumstances outside Pelipus’s reasonable control.

14- Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times depend on the selected shipping method, destination, carrier, customs processing, and other factors.

Pelipus is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Incorrect shipping addresses
• Customs inspections
• Customs clearance
• Weather
• Natural disasters
• Transportation disruptions
• Government actions
• Labor disruptions
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

Additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may be charged to the customer.

15- International Orders

Pelipus products are manufactured in Pakistan and orders ship from Pakistan. Duties, import taxes, customs charges, and other charges in the destination country (including the United States) are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise in writing.

For orders shipped to the United States or any other destination country, customers may be responsible for:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Brokerage charges
• Customs clearance fees
• Other destination-country charges

These charges are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in writing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that imported packaging products comply with applicable laws and regulations in their destination country.

16- Returns and Refunds

Because many Pelipus products are custom-made according to customer specifications, customized products may not be eligible for return simply because the customer changes their mind.

Before requesting a refund or replacement, customers should contact Pelipus promptly after receiving the order.

If products arrive damaged, defective, materially incorrect, or otherwise do not conform to the confirmed order, customers should contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery (unless a different period is stated in writing in the applicable quotation or order confirmation) and provide:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photographs or other supporting evidence
• Quantity affected
• Any other information reasonably requested by Pelipus

After reviewing the claim, Pelipus may, where appropriate:

• Replace the affected products
• Reproduce the affected portion of the order
• Issue a partial or full refund
• Offer another commercially reasonable resolution

The appropriate remedy will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

17- Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted to Pelipus in writing as soon as possible.

A cancellation may not be possible after:

• Production has started
• Materials have been purchased
• Artwork or design work has been completed
• Custom tooling has been created
• Products have been manufactured
• The order has been shipped

If cancellation is accepted, Pelipus may deduct reasonable costs already incurred in connection with the order, including design, artwork, tooling, materials, production, transaction fees, or other non-recoverable costs.

18- Customer Artwork and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of intellectual property that you lawfully own and submit to Pelipus, including your trademarks, logos, photographs, designs, and other proprietary materials.

By submitting artwork or other materials to Pelipus, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the material or have permission to use it;
• You have the necessary rights to reproduce it;
• Its use does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, patent, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• The material does not violate applicable law.

You grant Pelipus the limited right to use, reproduce, modify, transmit, and process submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested products and services.

19- Copyright and Website Content

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, product images, designs, illustrations, videos, page layouts, and other materials, is owned by Pelipus or its respective licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Website content without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Pelipus’s intellectual property.

20- Customer Responsibility for Submitted Content

You are responsible for all content, artwork, files, information, and materials you submit to Pelipus.

• Is fraudulent or misleading
• Violates privacy or publicity rights
• Contains malicious software
• Violates applicable laws or regulations

21- Product Compliance and Intended Use

Customers are responsible for determining whether a particular packaging product is suitable for their intended application.

This is particularly important for packaging used with:

• Food
• Beverages
• Cosmetics
• Pharmaceuticals
• Medical products
• Chemicals
• Children’s products
• Other regulated products

Unless expressly stated in writing, Pelipus does not represent that a particular packaging product is suitable for a specific regulated application.

Customers should obtain appropriate regulatory, technical, or professional advice when necessary.

22- Third-Party Services

The Website may use or link to third-party services, including:

• Payment processors
• Shipping providers
• Analytics services
• Advertising platforms
• Social media services
• Website plugins
• Communication platforms

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

27- Force Majeure

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute will be handled according to the applicable laws and dispute-resolution procedures governing the transaction.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a customer from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

30- Changes to These Terms

Pelipus may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Website, products, services, business practices, or applicable laws.

When changes are made, we will update the “Effective Date” shown at the beginning of these Terms.

Your continued use of the Website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

31- Sever-ability
